We do have forklifts available during pick-up for large items, but we still insist on bringing help. Then one of the forklift driver's will accept your invoice and will help load your items if needed (Please bring help). Inspections for this auction are limited to: Remaining lots will be considered abandoned and will become the property of MN Home Outlet to dispose of at their discretion. WEDNESDAY REMOVAL ONLY! Winning bidders must pick-up their lots before 7 :00 pm on WEDNESDAY. No refunds will be given for paid and abandoned lots. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day.
